At last night's Parks and Recreation Committee meeting, Borough Administrator, Stanley Sickels, announced that all the funding is in place for a synthetic athletic field at Count Basie Fields.

RB Parks and Recreation Director Throws a Mean Fastball

Every Sunday morning, Red Bank Parks and Recreation Director Bob Evans changes gears and
outfits, throwing on his "Jersey 40's" fast pitch, hard ball, forty & over baseball uniform. Though small in stature, Bob is the team's ace pitcher, throwing over 80 miles an hour!

Fishing Season is Open and Red Bank's Mohawk Pond is Stocked

A week ago, the fresh water fishing season started. Mohawk Pond at Count Basie
Park was one of the ponds “stocked” by the State of New Jersey for opening day.
