Fair Haven Young Ladies in Year 3 of Helping Red Bank Kids with Sports Equipment

I think Melissa Dominach and Bailey Taft were 7th graders when I first met them and learned of their project to collect new or gently used sporting equipment for the less fortunate kids in Red Bank. In the Spring of 2008, they collected and donated to the Red Parks and Recreation Department over 1,800 pieces of sports equipment!! Now 3 years later, they have expanded to help some other less affluent towns and they have totaled over 3,700 pieces of sporting goods - amazing!

She has been cutting my mostly bald dome at Great Clips in West Long Branch. Whenever I sat
in the chair, she kept talking about her dream to open up a place in Red Bank. She looked
