Maybe I'm a little biased that I know the family, but I love going to La Esquina for several reasons.

Red Bank RiverCenter is sponsoring “Dine Downtown,” a restaurant promotion during the month of October. Every Tuesday and Wednesday evening in October, sixteen Red Bank restaurants will be offering special Prix Fixe menus, which include an appetizer, entrée and dessert, ranging in price from $15-$30.

A new pizza restaurant, Pazzo, is scheduled to open in Red Bank in early 2010. The restaurant's specialty will be "coal fired" pizza.

Gianni's Piazza/Eatery in Little Silver is about one mile from my Red Bank home. Despite the close proximity, I've never gone-the number one reason being the limited parking. Recently however they've opened a Red Bank location just behind Food Town with free parking and great food and prices.

When I have “LESS THAN $3” for lunch and I’m hungry ... I only have one choice. I regress to my favorite childhood meal ... Peanut Butter & Jelly. Now I’m not talking about just
making a sandwich as that would never fill me up. Instead, I head down to the Bagel Station across from the Train Station in Red Bank at 168 Monmouth St.

After an exhausting three hour tennis match in Marine Park, I found myself starving and limped across the parking lot to Boondocks Fishery & Grill to try Red Bank's newest eatery. WOW!! I found awesome food, an incredible atmosphere, and reasonable prices (along with "FREE Sunsets").

I live and die for Elote Loco (A.K.A. Crazy Corn) ... my absolute favorite summer snack.
